What is Figr?

Figr is a product-aware AI design software. Figr lets you design beautiful interfaces on top of your existing products. It ingests your context like user data, screens, specs, analytics, and design system to generate flows and screens that fit your product.

How is it different from other AI design generation tools?

We don't jump straight to design. Figr learns your live product. Then helps you brainstorm, wireframe, build flows, and finally design. Most tools generate screens in a vacuum. We understand your existing product, then build on top of it.

How do credits work?

Credits are fractional. Not everything costs the same.

Quick brainstorm? 0.1 credits.

Flow diagram? Also 0.1.

Design review? 0.2.

Mobile screen? 0.25-0.5.

Full web page? 1-1.5.

Complete landing page with all the bells? 1.5.

Think of credits like design effort. Most teams burn through 200-500 credits per sprint doing real work. You'll find your rhythm.

Is there a limit on the number of messages I can do?

No hard limit. Your credits are the limit. In many cases multiple messages can lead to less than one credit consumed.

How do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Unused credits roll for 30 days (up to your monthly pack), then expire. For annual plans, the credits roll over up to 12 months (up to your annual pack).

Why isn't Figr completely free?

Each generation costs compute. Over 20+ AI tools can work together to generate the design. There’s even one that does a quality check. Moreover, we face additional compute to deeply understand your product. The free tier lets you see if we're worth it. After that, we split the bill.

How long does it take to set up?

Free & Pro: Can start right away. Enterprise: Give us a week. We'll learn every screen, every flow, your entire design system. Worth the wait when Figr starts thinking like your best designer.

What happens when I hit my credit limit?

You'll need to switch to a plan with more credits to continue. We'll send you a heads up when you're getting close (at 80% and 95%), so you can plan ahead. If you need more credits right away, you can upgrade your plan anytime.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, start on Free with starter credits. Upgrade anytime for more capacity and team controls.

Can I change plans or add credits mid-cycle?

Yes. You can upgrade or add credits anytime; we’ll show the change before you confirm.

How many teammates can I add?

The pricing for all the plans is per member. The Team Plan starts with minimum seats of five. You can add up to 50 people. Above 50 people, contact for custom enterprise plan.

Can Figr work with my existing Figma files?

Yes. Both ways. Export anything from Figr → straight to Figma. Import your Figma designs (as an image) → Figr learns your patterns. Your workflow stays intact.

Do I need to know how to design?

Nope. But it helps. Figr explains every decision. Why this pattern beats that one. When to use cards vs. tables. You'll accidentally become a better designer just by using it. Your designer friends will wonder what happened.

How do I know my data is safe with Figr AI?

At Figr, we take data privacy very seriously and implement state-of-the-art security measures to protect your data. We are also SOC 2 Type II compliant. You can learn more about our data privacy policies here.

Do you train on my data or the generated outputs?

Your product stays yours. We learn patterns from public apps. Your private flows, screens, and specs? They never touch our training data. Generated designs are yours to ship, sell, or delete. No strings.
